This program is intended for companies seeking to hire experienced specialists and for students who have completed at least 3 Datacademy modules with average or higher grades.

Program candidates who meet the requirements for junior-level or higher data science specialists are selected and interviewed.
Acceleration of program participants from junior to senior specialist in a real project development environment by planning, developing, testing and releasing real projects.
Employment of highly qualified specialists corresponding to the level of middle or senior specialists and/or implementation of the created projects in companies participating in the program.

When a company selects candidate(s), there are two ways to enter the program - full-time employment or remote work at Dataera, under conditions pre-arranged with the potential employer, who will employ the candidate upon successful completion of the program or adjust new conditions based on acquired qualifications.
Students who have completed Datacademy courses at an intermediate level or higher are invited to join the candidates for the talent acceleration program. Once in the program, you have a unique opportunity not only to demonstrate your ability to learn, but also to gain practical experience using the knowledge acquired.
