In the company, only accountants had access to customers’ debt information, and managers had to contact accountants to obtain debt statements when in need. This was an additional work for the accountants, as they were also responsible for debt reminders and debt settlement requests. Accountants' forte was calculations, not communication with clients, which often led to conflicts with clients.

Improved solution

We created a system for the client that allows all employees in need to see their debtors, the amount of debts, how long the payment is late, according to which factual document the customers owe. The solution made it possible to monitor debts without involving additional people, thus facilitating work processes and saving time.
